Remove plastic and cover from cornbread, enjoy cold or heat in over for 10mins to warm through. We recommend you enjoy with a side of sour cream, or your favourite condiment.
Remove from plastic, enjoy sliced cold with pineapple and chili jam. You can also enjoy as a baked ham using the sauce as a glaze.
In our Australian summer butter melts very quickly, we recommend you keep the garlic crust for the lamb in the fridge until you are ready to finish it in the oven. It will keep it nice and firm.
We've added the maple glaze into the pork collar so it is already basting in the vacuum packed bag. If you decide to finish the pork in the oven, the maple glaze will caramelize.
The vacuum packed bags are meant to be placed in the simmering water without being opened. Once you have heated the meat in the bags, cut the bag open and put the meat on a tray BEFORE you finish them in the oven.
